The rooms were big and comfy, although they need some maintenance like the broken trash basket and toilet door handle. However, they are spacious, friendly, and offer classy amenities, exceeding expectations. The location is perfect, overlooking the northern shore, and the dining experience was superb with a variety of exotic fruits and the best chocolate mousse ever tasted. The service was a main highlight of the resort, with very friendly staff but could be more attentive.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the sea and gardens. It was always immaculately clean, and I loved the romantic touch with flowers, candies, and fruits. However, the confusion with the extra bed charge for my child was a downside for me.

The service was exceptional, especially Nada at the reception, and everyone from the Front Office Manager to the housekeeping staff contributed to a wonderful experience. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of tasty options, and the facilities were top-notch.
