The hotel offers spacious and friendly rooms with classy amenities, perfect temperature, and plenty of space for short or long stays. Enjoy live music downstairs and a fantastic restaurant experience with warm and welcoming staff. The beach is a great place to relax and unwind.
The rooms were big and comfy, although they need some maintenance like the broken trash basket and toilet door handle. However, they are spacious, friendly, and offer classy amenities, exceeding expectations. The location is perfect, overlooking the northern shore, and the dining experience was superb with a variety of exotic fruits and the best chocolate mousse ever tasted. The service was a main highlight of the resort, with very friendly staff but could be more attentive.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the sea and gardens. It was always immaculately clean, and I loved the romantic touch with flowers, candies, and fruits. However, the confusion with the extra bed charge for my child was a downside for me.
The hotel provided a perfect stay with great food all day long that I will remember for a lifetime. The room was very comfortable, clean, and met all my needs, unlike other hotels in the area. The service was exceptional, especially Nada at the reception, and everyone from the Front Office Manager to the housekeeping staff contributed to a wonderful experience. The location was amazing, offering easy access to the beach, although some aspects were below industry standards. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of tasty options, and the facilities were top-notch.
